A dancer of Göteborg Ballet, Kyoko Matsumoto visited Ishinomaki city in Tohoku region during her recent visit to Japan in January 2012. Ishinomaki is one of the most devastated area of the tsunami. The media shows very fast and efficient recovery of Tohoku region, however, They have not even been able to start reconstructing some of the areas yet.
Next week will mark one year after the disaster.
